Preparing for the JEE Mains in 29 days requires a focused and strategic approach. You can take the following tops for preparation:
Subject-Wise Strategy:
All the very best, you got this!
Hello,
To excel in JEE Mains 2025 (1st attempt), a structured mock test plan is crucial. Start with one mock test per week by January 2024, increasing to two tests weekly by July and three tests weekly from October. Simulate real exam conditions during tests, maintaining the same timing (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
Allocate equal time (3 hours) to each test. Identify weak areas, repetitive mistakes, and time-consuming topics. Revise these thoroughly and maintain an error log to track progress.
Begin with sectional tests for Physics, Chemistry, and Math. Transition to full-length syllabus-based tests by November 2024.
Manage your time to finish every section within 50-60 minutes. Immediately after every test, revise concepts, formulas, and short notes. This would ensure the enhancement of accuracy, speed, and confidence while answering questions for the exam.
Hello,
The syllabus of JEE Mains 2024 is based on the NCERT curriculum for classes 11 and 12, that is, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Physics:
Chemistry:
Mathematics:
Students should refer to NCERT books, practice numerical, and solve previous years' papers.
Hello Greetings
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MH Board) books can be a good starting point for JEE exam preparation, but they might not be sufficient on their own.
Here's why:
1. *Syllabus coverage*: MH Board books cover the state board syllabus, which may not be entirely aligned with the JEE syllabus.
2. *Depth and difficulty*: JEE requires a deeper understanding and more advanced problem-solving skills than what's typically covered in MH Board books.
To supplement your preparation, consider the following:
1. *NCERT books*: NCERT books are highly recommended for JEE preparation, as they cover the CBSE syllabus, which is more aligned with JEE.
2. *JEE-specific study materials*: Use study materials specifically designed for JEE, such as textbooks, online resources, and practice tests.
3. *Online coaching or tutorials*: Consider online coaching or tutorials to fill gaps in your understanding and gain extra practice.
Some recommended books for JEE preparation include:
1. *Physics*: HC Verma's "Concepts of Physics" or DC Pandey's "Physics for JEE"
2. *Chemistry*: NCERT Chemistry textbooks or OP Tandon's "Organic Chemistry"
3. *Mathematics*: RD Sharma's "Mathematics for JEE" or SL Loney's "Coordinate Geometry"
Have a great day
To open the sample papers, check the file format. If they're in PDF, you can use:
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)
- Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser (with built-in PDF viewer)
- Mobile devices: download a PDF reader app like Adobe Acrobat or Foxit
If the files are in ZIP or RAR format, you'll need to:
- Extract the files using WinRAR, 7-Zip, or Unzip (free downloads)
- Open the extracted files with a PDF reader or browser
If you're still unsure, provide more details about the file format and the device you're using!
