GUJCET Seat Allotment 2017 - First round of seat allotment of GUJCET 2017 has been announced on July 5. Candidates check their allotted seats by log in to their home page from the link below. Candidates must take print out of the Information Letter and Bank Chalan for confirmation of admission. Earlier, the mock round of GUJCET 2017 seat allotment has been conducted by the admission authorities. The candidates can now check the course wise and institute wise mock allotment in online mode. The seat allotment of GUJCET 2017 is conducted in online mode for all of those candidates who are eligible and have successfully registered themselves. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will be responsible for the seat allotment of GUJCET 2017. To participate in the seat allotment process, the candidates were required to register themselves. Two rounds of GUJCET 2017 seat allotment will be held on July 5 and July 24, 2017. The final merit list has been released and the provisional merit list was declared on June 17, 2017. GUJCET 2017 Counselling
All of the eligible candidates who have attempted GUJCET 2017 examination had to register themselves online to participate in the counselling session. The online registrations were open till June 12, 2017. However, before filling the application form, the candidates had to pay the registration fee at the designated bank branches. A 14 digit PIN were allotted to the candidates which is essential to fill the application form. Submission of the application form along with the other documents had to be done at the help centres. A provisional merit list consisting of the selected candidates for counselling was published on June 17, 2017. The listed candidates were able to proceed with the choice filling and locking. The final merit list has been declared on June 27, 2017 after the conclusion of the mock seat allotment of GUJCET 2017.
GUJCET Seat Allotment 2017
The seat allotment of GUJCET 2017 is being held in two rounds. However, a mock round was also held by the admission committee in order to let the candidates have a first-hand experience on how their choices affect their allotment chances to selected institutes. GUJCET 2017 seat allotment is being held in online mode.
GUJCET 2017 Seat Allotment â Mock Round
The choice filling and locking for the mock round had commenced for the selected candidates. The candidates were able to fill and lock their selected colleges and courses till June 22, 2017. The seats were allotted to the candidates in online mode and the result has been declared. Allotment through this mock round is not final and after checking their allotted institutes, the candidates will be able to make the necessary changes to their choices before the real allotment process commences.

GUJCET 2017 Seat Allotment â First Round
The final merit list was announced online on June 27, 2017. The candidates who made it into the list will now be able to fill new choices or alter their selected ones from June 27 to July 2, 2017. Seats are allotted as per the merit of the candidate, his/her selected choice and availability of seats during the allotment process. The first allotment list was released on July 5, 2017. The allotted candidates have to download and take print of the Information Letter along with the bank fee challan for payment of tuition fees which has to be done by July 12, 2017 through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline (at any designated branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank) mode. The candidates also have to accept or decline their allotted seat. Those candidates who decline the seat will not be eligible to claim that particular seat in the further counselling rounds. An admission slip will also be generated after successful payment of tuition fees. The admission slip will be available for the candidates through log in.
The candidates who fail to pay the required fees will be allowed to participate in the next round of allotment provided he/she had given the online consent before July 12, 2017. Those candidates whose payment slip has been generated with zero fee will not have to pay the fees. They will be required to log in using their user ID and password and confirm their admission. After acceptance of admission, the candidates will be able to print out the admission slip.
Those candidates who wish to cancel their admission after confirmation have to click on âAdmission Cancelâ. Readmission can also be done by the candidates who had cancelled their admission. The candidate can re-instate his cancelled admission for maximum 2 (two) times only during the entire admission process within July 7 to July 21, 2017
The vacant seats will be displayed on July 13, 2017. If an allotted candidate wishes to participate in the next round of seat allotment in order to upgrade his/her admission choice, then he/she is not required to report at the allotted institute. To participate in the second round of GUJCET 2017 seat allotment, the candidates will have to select the âReshufflingâ option.
GUJCET 2017 Seat Allotment â Second Round
The consent for reshuffling and alteration of selected choices for the second round of GUJCET 2017 seat allotment will start from July 17 till July 20, 2017. The list of selected candidates will be released online on July 24, 2017. Selected candidates will have to pay the tuition fees from July 24 to July 28, 2017. The admission slip will be generated after the payment. Those candidates who wish to cancel their admission can do it from July 25 to July 30, 2017. The entire process will be similar to the first round.
Who are Eligible for GUJCET 2017 Seat Allotment Second Round?
The candidates who were not allotted any seat during the first round of seat allotment.
The candidates who were allotted paid their tuition fees but decided to upgrade their allotted seat.
Reporting at Allotted Institute
After being successfully allotted and confirming their admission, the candidates will have to report at their allotted institute. The admission slip, fee payment receipt along with many other documents will have to be submitted at the allotted institute.
