JoSAA Rank List 2025- JoSAA has released the JoSAA 2025 rank list on the official website, josaa.nic.in. Candidates can check the JoSAA rank list 2025 on this page. Note that the authority does not publish a separate document with candidates' names and ranks. The rank list or the cutoff list consists of the opening and closing ranks. Applicants must visit the official website to check their JoSAA seat allotment and cut off ranks for a particular institution and course. The JoSAA counselling 2025 will be held for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. The authority is responsible for conducting the counselling for students who cleared JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions 2025 (TNEA 2025) registration has been closed. Candidates will not be allowed to submit applications, however, those who already applied will be permitted to complete the fee payment. "TNEA 2025 registration has closed, but you can still complete the payment and upload certificates until 09-06-2025," the official website read.
The authority has started the JoSAA 2025 application form on June 3, 2025. Qualified candidates must have completed the JoSAA registration to be considered for the rank list, in the first place. The category wise opening and closing ranks will be uploaded after each round of counselling. A higher position in the rank list of JoSAA 2025 will mean admission to a better college.
Joint Seat Allocation Authority has released the JoSAA 2025 opening and closing rank pdf online at josaa.nic.in. The rank list of JoSAA 2025 will be made separately for various reserved categories based on the qualifying marks for each category. The authority has prepared a separate JoSAA 2025 rank list for students of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) who have the following:
Secured at least 2.5% marks in each of the three subjects.
Secured at least 8.75% aggregate.
Not under any other JoSAA rank list based on JEE Advanced 2025.
Candidates who wish to graduate from IITs get a separate JoSAA rank list 2025 cutoff based on their performance in JEE Advanced 2025.

The authority is conducting the JoSAA 2025 counselling for admission into various participating institutes based on JEE score and JEE Advanced. The JoSAA 2025 seat allotment is available online for different rounds on the official website. The JoSAA Counselling process includes registration, locking of candidate choices, mock and other seat allotment, fee payment, candidate reporting, and confirmation of admission. The seat allotment result will be made available on the website after each round of counselling. Moreover, candidates will be able to check the JoSAA counselling cutoff online.
For JoSAA 2025 general category counselling, candidates will have to secure a minimum of 75% aggregate marks. For reserved categories, the aggregate mark to be secured is 65%. However, if the candidates come under the top 20 percentile of their board, then also they will be eligible for admission.
JoSAA allocation of seats is based on CRL for the Open (General) category of seats. For all other categories like GEN-EWS, GEN-PWD, SC, ST, OBC-NCL, etc., seats are allotted based on the respective category rank.
As per the past year, candidates with a rank between 10,000 to 70,000 can secure admission into NITs.
Students must have scored at least 250 marks to be eligible for admission to IITs.
