Hello Aspirant,
I do think you stand a decent chance to get CSE in some lower ranked NITs, IIITs, GFTIs because you have a JEE Main rank of 27,015 in the EWS category and the chances improve for home state quota or in the JoSAA rounds 5-6. I do not think you are going to get CSE in the top NITs, i.e., Trichy, Surathkal, Warangal and you aim to get CSE in some of the below-mentioned institutions:
HEY THERE!!!
With 95.525 percentile in JEE Mains, you can get admission in some NITs, IIITs, or CFTIs, mostly in lower-demand branches like Civil or Mechanical.
Top NITs and popular branches may be tough. Check previous cutoffs and attend all counseling rounds for best chances.
It's difficult to say definitively whether an 85 percentile in JEE Main will get you into Walchand College of Engineering (WCE) Sangli with an EWS girl category, as cutoff scores vary each year. However, your chances are significantly lower than for a general category candidate, and securing a seat, especially in a popular branch, will be challenging.

With 64 percentile and a CRL rank around 5.4 lakh in JEE Mains 2025, getting admission in any NIT or IIIT is very unlikely, especially in the general category. Most NITs close their admissions below a rank of 1.5 lakh, and even the newer NITs usually fill seats by around 3 to 3.5 lakh rank. IIITs generally have closing ranks below 3 lakh.
Instead, you can try for state government engineering colleges through your state counselling or look for private engineering colleges that have lower cutoff ranks. Another option is to explore management quota or direct admission routes if available.
