The slot booking date is yet to notify. The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management's GITAM GAT 2024 slot booking will begin on gitam.edu, the official website. The online GITAM slot booking date for 2024 will be announced by the authority. GITAM Authorities will conduct offline counselling for GITAM GAT 2019 in third week of may ( tentatively).

If you are eligible for counselling the you have to download counselling call letter by logging in using their application number and security code .

You have to carry this call letter while reporting for counselling also you need to carry other documents:

- 10th class pass certificate

- class 12 marks statement with pass certificate

- integrated community certificate ( in case of sc/St).

- medical certificate from civil surgeon in case of physically handicapped

- transfer, conduct certificate and Aadhar card

You will participate in choice filling and locking. And pay amount of counselling fee in cash at counselling centre.

At the time of reporting , you have to submit your original documents along with two photocopies and 4 passport size photograph for verification.

You'll be allotted seats on the basis of choices filled and rank secured in GITAM GAT 2019.

. Counselling is expected to take place at following centres:

1. Hyderabad campus

2. Vishakhapatnam campus

3. Bengaluru campus

4. Tirupati

5. Vijayawada

6. Bengaluru and Hyderabad city

Based on your rank you will definitely get a seat in gitam college.based on your rank, you won't get the seat of CSE branch in any of campuses for the first counselling.you may get a seat in any other branches other than CSE.

firstly congrats for getting such a great score but judging the rank is quite hard as it depends on the no. of the students taken the exam , but dear you will  get a good rank in below 5-6k along with that as ,my self being GITAM student would like to say you will definately get the good branch in the VIZAG campus only and i suggest target mainly vizag campus next hyderbad they are simply awsome

After clearing the examination of GITAM GAT, the counselling call letter is available. This can be found in one's account which can accessed using application number and security code. Then download the counselling letter to know all the details regarding cousnelling.

Don’t worry about it,219 is a pretty good score for any branch and considering the fact that around 1200+ seats are available in CSE,you can very comfortably make your way into CSE .Just make sure you attend the counselling.If they are not ready to offer you a seat wait it out till final round of counselling.

You rank will be around 1400.
