Admission Procedure for NIT Uttarakhand
Candidates can apply for B.Tech admissions into NIT Uttarakhand through JoSAA 2024. Registrations will be open for eligible candidates at the official website and candidates will have to fill out their choice of colleges and courses. The JoSAA seat allotment will be based on the merit, preferences, and availability of seats. After the seats are allotted, the candidates will have to complete the admission process specified by the authorities.
About NIT Uttarakhand
The National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand (NITUK) is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technologies in the country. The institute was established in 2009 under the Act of Parliament by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. NIT Uttarakhand offers full-time B. Tech. and M.Tech. Program in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering with an intake of 65 (including 5 DASA students) and 15 students respectively in each branch.
