While preparing the cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors such as previous year trends, number of applicants, number of seats, and difficulty level of JEE Advanced 2024.
According to last year's IIT Roorkee JEE Advanced cutoffs, the EWS cutoff for Civil Engineering was 1188 (male) and 2479 (female).
Hello,
Yes, admission to the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) is possible through JEE Advanced score. ISI considers JEE Advanced scores for admission to its undergraduate programs, including:
1. Bachelor of Statistics (Honours) [B.Stat (Hons)]
2. Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours) [B.Math (Hons)]
To be eligible, you need to:
1. Appear for JEE Advanced and score a minimum qualifying mark.
2. Apply to ISI separately, mentioning your JEE Advanced roll number and score.
3. Meet the cutoff score set by ISI for admission.
hope this helps,
Thank you

Hi folk,
Very very congratulations on securing 381 rank in jee advanced.
Certainly you can get the admission in the top iits and in the preferred branch you want to study. At this rank the students can comfortably get the admission in the top colleges and study their preferred streams without any doubt.
You can visit the official website of the josaa and can check about the previous year cutoff and the closing rank and can get an idea about the colleges in which you are eligible for the admission at this rank.
Also, you can take help from our college predictor which will give you an exact idea about the colleges in which you can get the admission at this rank. The link of the college predictor is mentioned below:
Hope this resolves your query.
Hi student,
Taking maths as the additional subject certainly gives you the chance to appear for the engineering entrance examination.
Yes, if you clear the jee advanced examination with a good score and rank, then certainly you can get admission in the top iits without any hindrance.
But at present your focus should be on the studies and not on the future aspects and when the time comes you must clear the examination with a good rank and then no one can stop from securing a admission in the top iits.
Thus, currently work hard and focus on studies to prepare for the upcoming examinations and get admission in your favourite institutes.
hope this resolves your query.
Hello,
Having Mathematics as an additional subject in Class 12th doesn't directly impact your eligibility for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced. However, you must meet the following criteria:
· Score a minimum of 75% in Class 12th (or equivalent) exams.
· Clear the JEE Advanced cutoffs.
· Meet the specific subject requirements (usually Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).
If you fulfill these conditions and perform well in JEE Advanced, you can secure admission to IITs.
Hope this helps,
Thank you
