HPCET Admission Criteria for B.Tech Courses
The authorities shall offer admissions for B.Tech courses on the basis of JEE Main scores, HPCET score, and 10+2 merit basis
Admissions to the first 50% of seats shall be filled on the basis of JEE Main score, thus candidates should have appeared in either January or April session of JEE Main 2022.
Admission to the rest of 50% of seats shall be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in HPCET.
If any seats remain vacant after admission on the basis of JEE Main and HPCET, admissions shall be done on the basis of 10+2.

No.. Diploma students can't give HPCET exam for B.Tech 4 years course .

hpcet ka test hua ha 2021 mai.if yes to online admission form ki date kab thi
The HPCET forms were released online mode on June 23.
The HPCET is conducted for admission in B.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes of the state.
The last date to fill the online application form is 12th September.
The exam date is yet to be notified.

Hope you are doing great there . Yes , you can still get colleges on the basis of your class 12th marks . You will not be able to get a seat in B.Tech in some government college since most of the government college give admission on the basis of the marks obtained in jee mains .But you can definitely apply for some private college .

B.Tech councling date 2021 Under HP CET
The Himachal Pradesh Technical University will conduct the HPCET 2021 counselling process. HPCET counselling 2021 dates will be released by the authorities at the official website.
