APJEE Counselling 2020 - Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) will conduct the counselling of APJEE 2020 tentatively in the second week of June. Only the candidates who will qualify APJEE will be called to participate in the counselling process. The authorities will release the result tentatively in the last week of May in the form of merit list. APJEE 2020 counselling will be conducted in offline mode and the candidates who will find their names in the merit list will have to report the counselling centres. APJEE counselling 2020 procedure will include document verification and choice locking by the candidates. Candidates are advised to lock maximum choices in order to increase their chances of seat allotment through the counselling of APJEE 2020. Procedure of APJEE Counselling 2020

  • Candidates who will be shortlisted according to the merit list of APJEE 2020, will be invited to participate in the counselling process.

  • Candidates will have to report at the APJEE 2020 counselling centres as communicated through the authorities.

  • APJEE 2020 counselling process will start with document verification. Thus, the candidates must bring all the required documents for verification with them.

  • Document verification will be followed by choice locking by the candidates. During choice locking, candidates will have to lock institute-course choices as per their preferences.

  • The final allotment is on the basis of merit list, availability of seats and choices locked by the candidates. Nomination letter will be issued to the candidates who are alloted seats.

  • If a candidate does not accept the seat after allotment and nomination without a valid reason, he/she will not be eligible to participate in APJEE in future.

  • APJEE 2020 Result/Rank Card

  • APJEE 2020 Admit Card

  • Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination

  • Mark-sheet of the Qualifying Examination

  • School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate

  • Class X Pass Certificate for verification of age

  • Character/ Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended

  • Migration Certificate

  • SC/ST Certificate

  • Parents’ Employment Certificate from the appointing authority or Domicile Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate during 2020 for Category-II.

  • Permanent Residential Certificate

  • Medical Fitness Certificate
