About APJEE 2021
APJEE 2021 - Arunachal Pradesh State Council For Technical Education (APSCTE) has started the APJEE 2021 counselling from August 17. Applicants can complete APJEE counselling registration from the official website. This year, the exam conducting authority has cancelled the APJEE exam 2021. The exam conducting authority will release the APJEE first round seat allotment result on September 15. The entrance exam is conducted for the admission of candidates to various technical and professional courses in the Polytechnics of State. Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) has not released the online APJEE 2021 application form this year.
Qualified candidates on the basis of marks in qualifying marks have to participate in the APJEE 2021 counselling and seat allotment process. The APJEE counselling process will conclude on September 30. The counselling and seat allotment process includes registration of candidates followed by choice filling and seats allotment.

APJEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who wish to take admission must check the eligibility criteria of APJEE 2021 before applying for the examination. Applications of those candidates will be accepted who meet the APJEE 2021 eligibility criteria. Rest applications shall be subjected to rejection by the admission authority. Candidates can check the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:
- Children of Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST), Children of Non-APST employees of the State Government, Central Government & the Public Sector Undertakings serving in Arunachal Pradesh and all others residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the past 3 years or more and who have passed their Class 10th from any Schools within Arunachal Pradesh will be eligible to appear for APJEE.
- Candidates must have passed or appeared in Class 10th or equivalent from a Government recognized Board to be eligible for appearing in APJEE 2021
- Candidates must be 15 to 18 years of age as on the date of admission. Relaxation of 3 years is provided to the candidates belonging to SC/ST category. Age limits will be governed by the norms of AICTE.
Reservation Criteria of APJEE 2021
Candidates must fulfil eligibility criteria based on which candidates will be placed in two categories for which they must fulfil the following criteria:

APJEE 2021 application form requires candidates to fill in their personal, academic details and address of communication. All the information entered by the candidates has to be valid. How to fill Offline APJEE 2021 Application Form
The candidates are able to access the offline application form of APJEE 2021 from the various Govt. Polytechnics at Laying, Dirang, Namsai, Roing, Pasighat, and the Council's office at Itanagar. The application form was to be filled with the required information and the photograph has to be affixed to the given space. Submission of the application form has to be done before the final date.
Procedure to fill Online APJEE Application Form 2021
STEP 1- Open Admission Portal: Candidates wishing to apply has to visit the official website and click on the "Online Application" link.
STEP 2- Enter Details: Candidates has to enter all the required details in the application form of APJEE 2021. The prerequisite such as personal details, academic details, and address of communication must be entered by the candidate. While filling the application form, it is advised that every detail must be entered with care. All correct and valid information has to be entered.
STEP 3- Upload Documents: After all details in the application form have been entered, candidates are then asked to upload scanned images of their required documents. Candidates has to upload a scanned copy of the photograph and signature in the JPEG format and not exceeding a size of 25kb.
STEP 4- Review your Application Form: After uploading the documents, candidates are advised to review their application before finally submitting the application form. Candidates has to make possible changes wherever required (if necessary) since after submission no more changes are allowed in the application form.
STEP 5- Payment of Application Fees: After completely reviewing the application form, candidates are redirected to the payment page. The payment of the application fee can be done in an online mode only either through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. After the payment was complete, save the receipt of the application fee for future reference.
STEP 6- Final Submission: Submit the application form now by clicking on the "Final Submit" button. After the submission, a registration number is generated which is used for all future references and for the login to the admission portal. Also, a confirmation page is also displayed which the candidate has to download and take a printout of to be on a safer side.

Candidates who wish to apply for the examination must check the exam pattern of APJEE 2021 so that they are aware of how the question paper will be framed, types of questions in the paper, marks allotted to each questions, total marks, marking scheme, negative marking and others. The admission authority releases the admit card of APJEE 2021 in an online mode. APJEE 2021 admit card is issued to the eligible candidates who have successfully filled the application form with all the valid and correct details. Admit cards of APJEE 2021 can be downloaded by login to the admission portal by using the application number and password/ date of birth.
Details such as name of the candidate, gender, date of birth, entrance examination date and venue, address of examination centre and general instructions. The candidate must preserve the APJEE 2021 admit card until all the admission process are complete.

The result of APJEE 2021 will be declared by the admission authority in online mode only. Candidates are able to access APJEE 2021 results in an online mode in the form of PDF. The result of APJEE is declared category wise in the form of merit list for all candidates who appeared in the entrance examination. Two or more candidates secured the same marks allotted the same rank in APJEE examination.
However, the inter-se merit will be determined on the basis of percentage secured by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Successfully qualified candidates will be invited to attend the counselling of APJEE 2021 which will be held online.

The authorities has started the APJEE counselling 2021 from August 17. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of qualifying marks have to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process of APJEE comprises of choice filling and document verification process. On the basis of merit list of APJEE 2021, candidates are allotted the seats in the preferred course and institute.
Allotment of the seat to the preferred course and institute will be subject to availability of seats in the institute. If a candidate who has been allotted a seat does not join, they will not be eligible to appear in the subsequent APJEEs. The candidate must immediately surrender the seat if he/she is not willing to undergo that particular course.
