APJEE 2020 - Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Technical Education (APSCTE) will conduct APJEE 2020, which is an entrance exam for admission to various engineering diploma courses in polytechnics across the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Candidates will be able to apply online for APJEE 2020 tentatively from the first week of April. No other mode of application will be allowed by the authorities. Candidates are also advised to check the eligibility criteria of APJEE before registrations. The admit card of APJEE 2020 will be generated for the registered candidates in online mode. Performance details of the candidates will be released through APJEE 2020 result and the qualified candidates will be called for the counselling process. APJEE Eligibility Criteria 2020

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria of APJEE 2020 before applying for the exam. No candidate will be eligible for final seat allotment if he/she does not fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria. Candidates must be 15 to 18 years of age as on the date of admission in the particular institution.


However, a relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit is given for SC/ST candidates.


Qualifying Exam

Candidates must have passed or appeared class X or equivalent exam.

General Eligibility

Following category of candidates will be eligible for APJEE 2020-


a) CATEGORY-I All the APST candidates which also includes children of IAS/Central Govt./State Govt. employees belonging to APST


b) CATEGORY -II

i. Children of Non-APST State Government

employees.


ii. Children of employees of All India Services/

Central Government organizations & Central

Public Sector Undertakings serving within the

territory of Arunachal Pradesh.


iii. All others, not included in any of the above

categories with the condition that the candidate

should have appeared/passed Class X or

equivalent from any of the schools within

Arunachal Pradesh and his/her parent(s) should

have been residing in Arunachal Pradesh for the

last 3(three) years of more. Both the criteria

should be fulfilled.

APJEE Application Form 2020

Candidates will be able to access the online application form of APJEE 2020 tentatively from the first week of April. Candidates can refer following steps to fill the application form of APJEE 2020.

Steps to fill APJEE 2020 Application Form

Step 1: Registration- Candidates will have to register for APJEE 2020 in the first step of application by entering basic details like name, mobile number and email ID. Once the candidate gets registered, he/she will receive a User ID and password on the registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 2: Filling of Application Form - After receiving the user ID and password, candidates will have to login to the created account and fill all the required details of the application form.

Step 3: Uploading of Documents- After filling the application form, candidates will have to upload the scanned images of their photographs and signatures as specified by the authorities. The size of the scanned images of photograph and signature of the candidate should not be more than 25 KB.

Step 4: Preview of Application Form- Once, the candidates will completely fill their application forms, a preview of the form will be generated. Candidates will have to check all the details entered by them in the form and then proceed.

Step 5: Payment of Fee- The next step of application is payment of application fee of APJEE 2020. Candidates will be able the application fee in online mode (net banking, credit or debit cards) only.

Step 6: Submission of Application Form- Once, the payment of fee is done, candidates will have to finally submit the application form by clicking on “Submit” button.

APJEE Syllabus 2020

Candidates must understand the syllabus of APJEE 2020 in order to make a perfect strategy for the preparation of exam. Understanding APJEE 2020 syllabus will help the candidates in taking up the right topics of preparation. The syllabus of APJEE 2020 will be based on the CBSE syllabus prescribed for classes IX and X. APJEE Result 2020

The result of APJEE 2020 will be declared tentatively in the last week of May. APJEE 2020 result will be in the form of merit list for all the candidates who appeared for the exam. The merit list of APJEE 2020 will be made category-wise. Candidates can refer the given steps to check the result of APJEE 2020.

Steps to check APJEE 2020 Result

  • Visit the official website

  • Click on the result link.

  • The result of APJEE 2020 will be displayed on screen in the form of merit list. The list will be in PDF Format.

  • Take a print out of the merit list/result.

Tie-Breaking Rule of APJEE 2020

In case, the scores of two or more candidates in APJEE 2020 are same, then all the candidates will be placed on the same rank. However the inter-se merit of the candidates shall be determined on the basis of the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying Board/University examination.

APJEE Counselling 2020

The authorities will conduct the counselling of APJEE 2020 in offline mode tentatively from the second week of June. Candidates who qualify APJEE 2020 will be called for the counselling process. All the eligible candidates will have to report the counselling centres for the process of seat allotment and nomination. The counselling of APJEE 2020 will include choice filling and document verification and finally allotment of seats. The final allotment will be done on the merit list, availability of seats and choices locked by the candidates.
