I hope you are doing well. As per your mentioned query , you can score good marks only by practising. Keep practicing on regular basis and make your foundation strong first. Then analyse the topics in which you are not good so that you can give more time to that topics. Try different types of questions on the same topic so that you will get an idea of questions patterns.

With 65% in 12th and 90 percentile in JEE , your chances for admission at BIT Patna depend on the program:
For B.Tech : You need at least 75% in Class 12 (for general category). Since you have 65%, you might not meet the eligibility for general category, but you do for SC/ST/PwD.
For BBA/BCA : You meet the eligibility with your 65%.
For B.Tech, you’ll need to check if your category allows flexibility. Stay updated with the JoSAA/CSAB counselling dates.

With an OBC-NCL rank of 39,211 , getting admission to top NITs may be difficult. However, you might have chances in:
Newer NITs and less competitive branches like Civil or Mechanical.
State-level counselling or private universities like VIT or Shiv Nadar.

You can participate in CSAB Special Rounds after JoSAA if any lower NIT/IIIT or GFTI has CSE or related branches open for OBC-NCL + Female category.
Chances are very slim at your rank even in CSAB.
