    How Many IIT Seats Are Reserved for OBC?- JoSAA announces the IIT Seats in India for the OBC Category on the official website, josaa.nic.in. The IIT Seats for OBC Candidates include the total seats available for OBC candidates across all IITs. Candidates participating in the JoSAA 2026 counselling must be aware of the total seats for the OBC Category. The total seats available for OBC Candidates is 4,289. The JoSAA cutoff for OBC will differ from the general category cutoffs. The seat allotment will be based on the available seats and the candidate's JEE Advanced 2026 result. Candidates can check the total seats available for OBC here.
