The seat matrix of NIT Jamshedpur will provide candidates with the details about the category-wise distribution of seats available for B.Tech admission. NIT Jamshedpur offers B.Tech admission based on the scores obtained by the candidate in the JEE Mains exam. Candidates will also be required to participate in the JoSAA counselling process. Admission in NIT Jamshedpur is administered by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA), which is the official counselling authority for seat allotment in all participating NITs. Students have to register for JoSAA in online mode. Firstly, students have to qualify JEE Main 2025 conducted by NTA. Seats are allotted through an online process by JoSAA based on rank in JEE Main.
