    JEE Advanced Competition Level 2026 - Joint Entrance Examination Advanced is a nation-level entrance test for admission to the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) in India. It is a highly competitive exam that required candidates to first qualify in the JEE Mains exam to even attempt it. Every year, the top 2, 50,000 qualifying candidates in the JEE Mains are allowed to appear for JEE Advanced exam. These students will compete for around a total of 17760 seats at IITs.
