BITSAT Exam Sample Papers

How to use BITSAT Sample Papers for effective preparation?

While preparing for the BITSAT 2025 exam or any other entrance examination, many students make the mistake of memorizing the concepts rather than understanding them. Thus, hereunder are the pointers according to which, one should use the BITSAT previous year paper pdf.

  • Candidates should, first of all, collect as many question papers and BITS Pilani sample papers available in the market.

  • After preparing a few topics, candidates should start practicing with the help of a BITSAT sample paper with solutions.

  • After just checking the BITSAT practice papers, many students mark their preparation study as completed. However, it is not advised to do so. Instead, students should keep practicing the BITSAT sample papers until they are confident.

  • After completing the BITSAT sample paper with the solution pdf 2025, candidates should check out the total number of questions that went wrong and those that were correctly answered in the BITSAT model paper.

  • After that, they should analyze the questions whose correct answers were not known to them or that went wrong due to other reasons.

  • The topics where the candidate lacks his/ her grip should be studied in depth, probably with different books or sources.

  • In case of questions that went wrong because of the inability to understand the concept exactly asked, candidates should strive to attempt more such questions to understand the language.

  • The topics where answers are correct and wrong should be noted separately and then more focus should be given to such topics where there is the scope of losing marks in negative marking.

  • Practicing the BITSAT previous year's question papers will help the candidates to understand the depth of their knowledge and preparation and also give direction to study further.

  • When a candidate goes through 7-8 BITSAT pre-papers, it is easy to solve at least 25% of the BITSAT question paper in one stroke without taking much time.

Discrepancies between the date of birth on your Aadhaar and the one on your admit card could lead to issues during the verification process.

Hello Swetha,

Yes, you're eligible for JEE Main 2026 & BITSAT 2026 with your 2025 Board improvement exam marks.

JEE Main: Your 2025 marks count for eligibility. These improved marks will be used for the 75% criteria for NIT/IIT admissions.

BITSAT: Your 2025 improved marks are accepted. Ensure they meet the 75% aggregate in PCM (or PCB) and 60% individually in each. Your "Pass" status must remain.

Ensure results are available by deadlines.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you, and I wish you all the best in your bright future.

hi,

Yes, you can still apply for engineering courses even if your PCM aggregate is less than 75%, as long as you have scored above the minimum required marks in each individual subject. Many colleges and entrance exams consider individual subject marks and overall eligibility criteria differently. However, some top engineering colleges or specific programs might require a minimum PCM aggregate of 75%. So, check the specific eligibility criteria of the colleges or exams you are targeting to be sure.

Hello ,

I hope you are absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query , student should have passed their class 12th from any recognised board having PCM ( physics, chemistry and mathematics) or PCB ( physics, chemistry and biology) as main subjects with minimum aggregate of 75% .
