GATE Login 2020 - Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi opened the login of GATE 2020 on August 31. The GATE 2020 login is available through GATE Online Application Process System (GOAPS). GATE login 2020 enables candidates to complete registration and application form filling, make correction in application form, download of admit card, answer key, response sheets and result. Students can access all the information regarding their candidature through GATE login 2020 throughout the examination process. During registration for GATE, the candidates will have to create their login details. GATE 2020 has been conducted on February 1, 2, 8 and 9 in online mode. Candidates can check the detailed procedure for GATE login 2020. All of the candidates will be required to create a valid log in since none of the admission process can be done without it. During the admission process, the candidates will be required to access their application form, download admit card, check score card and more using their login of GATE 2020.

Candidates will be required to create login of GATE 2020 through GOAPS portal. Only new candidates will be able to create a login. The given steps can be followed by the candidates for the creation of GATE login 2020.
Go to the official website of GATE 2020
Click on the GOAPS portal. Go to “Register Here”
Candidates will have to enter their name, email address, mobile number and password.
An OTP was sent to the mobile number for verification.
Click on Submit
An email and SMS will be sent to the candidates consisting of the enrollment ID which is important for future login purposes.
The individual response sheet of the candidates has been released by the authorities in online mode. To check their response sheet of GATE 2020, the candidates will have to log in using the required credentials.
Candidates will have to log in through GOAPS (appsgate.iitd.ac.in) using their enrolment ID or email ID, registration number and date of birth.
Click on “View Response”
The response sheet will be displayed on the screen.
The candidates can follow the given steps to log into the candidate portal using the GATE 2020 credentials:

Candidates will have to enter their enrollment ID/email address which was sent through registered email ID.
Enter registration ID
Finally, the candidates will have to enter their date of birth and captcha code.
The candidates will have to follow the above mentioned steps to log in through GOAPS portal.
After reading all of the instructions, the candidates will have to agree to the declaration and provide their personal, communication and academic details. The preferred GATE paper and three exam centres also have to be selected.
The required documents, photograph and signature has to be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.
The candidates will have to pay the application fee.
After the fee was paid, the candidates will be able to check their application and download the same for future use.
To check the application status, the candidates will have to log into the candidate portal using their GATE 2020 enrollment number, email address, registration and date of birth. Through the status, the candidates will get to know if their application has been safely submitted or if any defects have been found.
In case a candidate forgets their enrollment ID or registration number, then GATE 2020 login can be used to retrieve it.
Click on “Forgot Enrollment ID or Registration Number” button has to be clicked.
Those candidates who have forgotten enrollment ID and registration number but know their email ID much click on “Request for OTP” to get One Time Password.

After entering the OTP, the enrollment ID or registration number will be displayed for the candidates.
Through the GOAPS portal, the candidates will be able to access and download GATE 2020 admit card. The login of GATE 2020 will be required to download the admit card.

The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
All details have to be checked for any discrepancies.
The admit card has to be downloaded and printed out for future use.
After the provisional answer key is released, the candidates will be able to raise objections be following the given steps:

Enter the number of the question on which objection is to be raised.
The necessary documents supporting the objection have to be uploaded
For every objection, the candidates will have to pay a fee.

Candidates will have to enter GATE Enrollment ID / Email Address / Registration ID and password.
The result will be displayed. A print out has to be taken for future use.

Sorry to say you that Third year B-tech students don’t eligible For gate. Final year students are eligible to take GATE exam. Forget the pros and cons, people forging fake documents to appear for GATE is an offence. If the organising committee finds out, one could be blacklisted and banned from taking GATE exam in future. It is advisable that third year students should practice previous year papers and take mock tests.
