On Question asked by student community
With a TS EAMCET rank of 20204 , getting a seat in PJTSU (Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad) depends on the category you belong to, the branch you are targeting, and yearly cutoffs. For popular courses like B.Sc Agriculture or B.Tech Agriculture Engineering , the cutoff is usually much lower (within a few thousand ranks) for General/OC category , while for reserved categories (BC, SC, ST, EWS) the cutoff can go much higher, sometimes even above 20,000–25,000. You still have chances in less competitive campuses or allied agricultural courses, but it is less likely for the top main campus in Hyderabad with this rank. My advice is to attend counseling, explore management quota/affiliated colleges , and also keep other agricultural universities or private options in mind to stay safe.
Hello Leena
With 26000 rank in TS EAMCET 2025 and being a ST category student, you can get the following colleges:
1. ACE Engineering College, Ghatkesar
2. Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Ibrahimpatnam
3. BV Raju Institute of Technology, Narsapur
4. CMR College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad
5. Anurag University, Hyderabad
6. Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad
7. Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology, Keesara
Hope this list helps! Thank You!!!
Hello,
You have a good chance of getting a seat in Sultan-ul-Uloom College for PharmD with a 27k rank in TS EAMCET under the OBC category. Because you fall under the range where you can get admission to this college for this specific course, so you should try in this college.
I hope it will clear your query!!
Hello,
Earlier, TS EAMCET used to give weightage to Intermediate (Class 12) marks along with entrance exam marks. But from 2020 onwards, the rule was changed, and now 100% weightage is given to the EAMCET exam score only. Class 12 marks are only used as an eligibility condition (like you must pass in Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology with required percentage). So, for 2026 also, the weightage will be fully on your TS EAMCET performance.

Thank you!
Hello Moni
With 8,000 rank in TS EAMCET and bring a SC category student, getting a seat in veterinary (BVSc) is very low likely due to the fact that the cutoff rank for your category is around 4000-6000 rank.
If the cutoff goes high this year, then there will be a possibility of getting your desired branch in your desired college.
Hope this answer helps! Thank You!!!
