REAP Application Form 2018 – Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech/BE courses in engineering colleges affiliated to RTU Kota can start filling the REAP 2018 application from the 3rd week of May onwards. The REAP application form 2018 will be available in online mode only. It must be noted that REAP 2018 is likely to have four rounds of counselling, including a Special Last Round. It is mandatory for candidates willing to participate in the main rounds of counselling (first three rounds) to fill the application form of REAP 2018 before counselling starts, as after that registration will be closed until start of Special Round. The REAP 2018 application form will open again for Special Round tentatively in the 1st week of August, after end of Round III of main counselling. An important aspect of filling the REAP application form 2018 is that candidates need to have Aadhaar cards; if the candidate doesn’t have Aadhaar number, the he/she may register by using Aadhaar acknowledgement receipt number. Both JEE Main and 10+2 board percentile candidates can apply for REAP, but JEE Main-qualified candidates will be given priority in admission. How to fill REAP application form 2018?
The application form of REAP 2018 to participate in the main rounds of counselling will open tentatively around the third week of May. Before filling the form, the candidates need to ensure they the eligibility criteria prescribed. Also, only correct, genuine date must be used to fill the REAP 2018 application form. To fill REAP application form 2018 the candidates need to take the following steps:

Step 1 – REAP Registration Process
To register for REAP 2018, the candidate has to click on the registration link (will be updated here once it is available).
The candidate has to then enter the following details in the registration form:
Date of birth
Mobile number and E-Mail ID
Aadhaar card details
Passport/Ration card/Bank account number or any other Government identity number (only for candidates belonging to the state of J&K/Meghalaya/Assam)
After filling in all the mandatory fields in the registration form, the candidate has to next make pay the registration fee by clicking on “Payment” option.
Step 2- Payment of Registration Fee
The candidate has to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 700. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, a challan number will be generated which will be the default log-in ID.
Mode of Payment: The payment can be made online using credit card/ debit card/ internet banking.
Step 3 – Filling of Registration/ Application form of REAP 2018
In this step, the candidate will have to enter personal, educational, communication and JEE Main 2018 details:
Personal Details: The candidate will have to enter personal details like gender, category, name of parents, etc.
Educational Details: Enter marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent exam, the name of the school board, etc.
Communication Details: Information pertaining to candidate's address, phone number, email ID, etc. must be entered.
JEE Main Details: Candidates must enter their JEE Main 2018 marks and other relevant details.
Step 4- Upload of Documents
In this step, the candidate will have to upload photograph, signature and other documents in the format explained in the table below.

Scanned images of 10+2 mark sheet. (applicable for candidates applying for REAP 2018 on the basis of 10+2 marks/percentile).
Scanned copy of Acknowledgement receipt of Aadhaar card, provided Aadhaar card is not available.
Important note: Candidates must note that Aadhaar card is mandatory to apply for REAP 2018. So, if a candidate doesn’t already have an Aadhaar card, he/she is advised to apply for one immediately. The Aadhaar acknowledgement receipt number generated in the process can be used for registration. However, at the time of joining the alloted institute, the candidate is required to produce the original Aadhaar card, or else the admission might be withdrawn.
Step 5- Submission of completed registration/application form of REAP
After filling the registration form in all regards, the candidate has to “Submit” the application form of REAP 2018. If the registration is successful, log-in and password details would be sent to the registered mobile number and email ID of the candidate.
The candidate is recommended to keep a printout of the completed REAP 2018 application form for future reference.
Option and Choice Filling - REAP 2018
Candidates can participate in option and choice filling only after successfully filling the registration/application form of REAP 2018. To exercise option and choice filling, candidates have to go through the following steps:

Log-in: Candidates will have to log-in using the log-in credentials sent to them.
Pay advance fee: The candidate has to pay an amount of Rs. 10,000 online as advance fee to participate in online option/choice filling. Remember to note down the transaction ID after the payment has been made.
The advance amount will be adjusted for candidate taking admission at the alloted institute. In case of candidates withdrawing their seats online within the given deadline through last reported institute, Rs 9,000 will be refunded. However, if a candidate doesn’t report at the alloted institute, no refund will be made.
Exercise Option/Choice filling: After paying the advance fee, the candidate will be able to exercise option/ choice filling. The choice/option filling form will have two options – save and submit. By using the save option, the candidate can make changes to the entries. However, once the submit option is used, no further editing will be possible.
The options/choices submitted by the candidate will be locked. However, if a candidate doesn’t lock the choices (i.e. submit the choices) before the last date, the last saved choices choices will get locked.
Option filling for the first three counselling rounds will be allowed only once. However, for Special Round, option/choice filling will be reopened.
