Hi,

Yes, you can definitely drop in the first year of Bachelor of Science for the NEET preparation. Taking a drop by pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree while preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) can be challenging but is certainly possible.

Here are some of the tips that can help you to manage both Bsc and NEET together.

Create a study plan and  make timetable. Know the exam pattern and syllabus for both courses. Develop a realistic study plan that includes specific goals, timelines, and study hours for both your B.Sc. coursework and NEET preparation.

Hope this information will help you

Hello,

Based on previous year trends for JEE Advanced :

  1. Approximate Marks for 9000 Rank : Around 130-150 marks.
  2. Cutoff Range : The rank of 9000 generally falls within the category of candidates with scores between 120 and 160.
  3. Variation by Year : Marks required may vary slightly depending on exam difficulty and category.
  4. Category Impact : For OBC/SC/ST candidates, the required marks might be lower.

You can go through the Marks vs Rank analysis to get better understanding.

Hope it helps !

To predict your JEE rank you may either try to get a rough estimate based on previous years pattern or by using a predictor (I'll be attaching the Careers360 JEE Mains Rank predictor link below), but always note that an exact estimate is not possible since a lot of variables are considered by the exam conducting authorities for ranking of a candidate.

See an exact estimate for your rank cannot be given due to various variable factors like number of candidates, difficulty and categorical rank, your percentile will be above 80 for sure, for further information do check out the following website:

Dear aspirant !!

Hope you are doing well !

Yes, you can get admission in IISc UG through JEE Main. If you score a very good rank in JEE Main but not in JEE Advanced, then you can get into IISc on the basis of JEE Main rank only.

a JEE Main rank under 250 is generally required for BSc Research, while for BTech, a JEE Advanced rank within the top 1000-2000 is usually needed.
