AMUEEE Exam Pattern 2026 - AMU will publish the exam pattern for AMUEEE 2026 on the official website, amucontrollerexams.com. The complete AMUEEE 2026 exam pattern will be uploaded along with the information brochure. It will include mode and medium of AMUEEE exam, along with the type of questions asked, their marking scheme, total duration of the test and more. Based on the previous year’s data, the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination for BTech will consist of 100 MCQs from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Note that AMUEEE paper 1 (Maths, Physics and Chemistry) is for B.E/B.Tech courses. Whereas, B.Arch aspirants must take both Paper I and Paper II (Architecture Aptitude).
Candidates must understand the AMUEEE 2026 exam pattern to have an overview of the exam. AMUEEE 2026 comprises of 150 questions. Two papers are included under AMUEEE- Paper I for B.E/B.Tech courses and Paper II (Architecture Aptitude Test) for B.Arch courses. It must be noted that candidates willing to take admission in B.Arch course have to appear for both Paper I and Paper II. Candidates who wish to pursue B.Arch courses offered by the Aligarh Muslim University have to appear for one more paper (Paper II) along with Paper I. This AMUEEE 2026 paper will be an Architecture Aptitude Test. The AMU B.Tech paper pattern for Paper II is given below-
AMUEEE 2026 Paper II i.e. Architecture Aptitude Test will be of 3 hours.
The test will consist of descriptive-type questions and a drawing section.
Candidates are required to secure minimum 40% marks in Paper II in order to qualify it.
Candidates should qualify NATA.
Candidates must be aware of the syllabus of AMUEEE 2026 to find the right topics for the exam. The AMUEEE 2026 syllabus for B.E/B.Tech (Paper I) cover Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Class 11 and 12. AMUEEE Paper II includes descriptive and drawing questions from Freehand drawing, Geometrical drawing, Three – dimensional perception, Imagination and aesthetic sensitivity and Architectural awareness.

Entrance Exam is not so hard but there are certain things that should be kept in mind while preparing for the exam
Firstly, if you are in 10th class study well and brush up all your concepts of 9th standard in winter vacation.
Then, fill up the form(available by the end of January) and submit it before mid-Feb.
If you like you can come and attend the crash course after your boards for taking the essence of the competition.(recommended, if you have not given any competitive exam before).
You should not feel demotivated at all. You just need to study hard and you will surely clear your exam. Wishing all the best your preparations.

Your chance will come only when you make the cut but for now you just have to wait. However it does not mean that you are not selected.
