if your CML rank is 2000 and category rank is 80 You have 50-50 chance of getting mechanical Engineering,cse and electrical engineering.
so try getting around 1000 and category rank 50 for for sure cse it mechanical and electrical.
But you can get other branches like mining engineering, metallurgical engineering,production engineering, civil engineering and chemical engineering.You may also get other branches too in BIT sindri as per the previous year scenario.All the best!!!

Bit sindri is the only government college in Jharkhand rest are a joint venture of both private and government. Out of the various colleges in jcece bit sindri is at the top and far better than the rest. Other than bit sindri rear colleges have pathetic situations and so I will not suggest you to join those colleges by leaving you present one
