Hello sir , I scored 84 percentile in jee main in general category ,can I participate in counseling process.

Dhanush Varun 9th Jun, 2019

Hey Sneha,

You can definitely participate in the JOSAA counselling process. But according to 2018 statistics, you might not get a seat in NITs. So research properly about all the GFTs in which you'll have some chances to get in, and fill the choices properly. Hope that helped.

The medical cerificate that i made in josaa counselling.can i use this for physical fitness certificate in jcece (bit sindri) counselling

satyam saran 19th Jul, 2019

Yes both the certifictaes are similar. And they should accept JOSAA one. But if BIT Sindri has given its own prescibed format, try to get it made in that format only. Search on the official website for notifications regarding this. If you find it, download and print out.

Yes they are similar documents and should work in both places. However, if BIT Sindri has given its own format, then you should get it made in that format only. Check the official website for notifications regarding this. Download the form if available.

I have got 81.8 percentile and 66000 rank in OBC NCL category . Can I take admission in CSE in government college??any chance??

Souradeep_1559130577 Student Expert 11th Jun, 2019

Hello Surabhi,

You have scored a percentile of 81.8 and 66000 rank in OBC NCL category in JCECE. I am afraid that you have below average level of performance as your percentile is not high enough to get you admission in CSE branch in any government colleges. However, all hope is not lost. Do keep checking official website for any seat openings or other round results and hope for the best! If you do not get CSE, do not worry. You may get admission in IT branch too if you are extremely lucky. However colleges like BIT Sindri Information technology branch has high closing ranks and you may not get a seat. Lastly, you can either get admission in private colleges or work hard for next year. All the best!

If i am appearing for jcece examination in pcb can I get mbbs or bds course if I get gud marks....

Ayush 13th Jun, 2019
No, a student cannot get a mbbs or a bds course admission through jcece examination. This examination gives admission in the B. Sc. course in various branches like agriculture.

But if someone wants to get admitted to mbbs or bds course then the candidate needs to qualify in the NEET exam with rank above the cutoff. Following this the student needs to fill the mbbs admission forms as released by JCECEB and further participate in the counseling procedure.

Good luck!
