Well you have scored quite a good rank in JCECE 2019,479 cml rank. this type of rank would surely get you a seat in bit sindri. Regarding the courses. In bit sindri with this rank you won't get cse . It is possible that you might not get mechanical , electrical. Rest you can get without any problem

But if someone is seeking out just to take admission and not interested in opting any branch then for those candidate some STRAIGHT FORWARD DATA are stated below :
GENERAL — UNDER 850 {At to get production engg.}
OBC {BC1 & BC2} —Under 1000 — 1200 respectively.
SC — UPTO 7000
ST — UPTO 9000.
P.S- But these data varies every year. Prediction is not easy here. Rank drastically get up/down. These data are of 2018. In 2017 GENERAL and 0BC rank get closed to 700 & 900 respectively.
Luckily, from this year onwards students will experience a new way as admission in BIT SINDRI and other colleges in Jharkhand will be taken on the basiS of JEE RANK and JCECE exam will be no more from 2019.

If it's your category rank then you may have some chances of getting Production or Metallurgical Engineering in BIT Sindri.
Again that depends on the number of seats available in each branch. For production they have a total of 54 seats and for metallurgy they have again 54 seats.
So hope for the best. And even if you don't get through you can check out some other colleges like RTC Ranchi and others.
