    Can you please mention your cml rank so that i can have better approach for your questions.
    Moreover through the jcece you can not get admission in BIT MESRA and NIT Jamshedpur.
    Through this you can get admission in bit sindri and some other state engineering college like chaibasa engineering college,ramgarh engineering college and also some private institutions like RVS engineering college etc.

    Sorry to say but getting admission in bit sindri with this rank is bit difficult.
    Moreover the branches that you have mentioned are in demand here so it is not possible for you to get admission here.
    But surely apply for counseling since this is the first time bit sindri is taking admission through jee main and if your luck favours then you may get admission.

    Since you are from bihar you are not eligible for taking admission in bit sindri.
    Bit sindri is a state government college and it accepts the admission of only those students who have the domicile of Jharkhand.
    But you may get admission in other private engineering college through jeece and i am providing you with the link given below.

    Sorry to say but chances of getting your admission here is negligible.
    There are about 700 total seats available for 10 different branches.
    To demonstrate the stability normally the cutoff rank for a general candidate lies within 1k hardly as per the previous year scenario.
    But you can surely go for counseling because many students who have more better rank than you may prefer other colleges over this as this is the first time bit sindri is taking admission through jee mains.

    Your cml rank is good.
    As per the previous year scenario you can get IT and ECE
    with this rank but getting cse will not be possible for you with this rank.
    You may get IT and ECE in 2nd counseling,chances in 1st counseling is less.

    Well you have scored quite a good rank in JCECE 2019,479 cml rank. this type of rank would surely get you a seat in bit sindri. Regarding the courses. In bit sindri with this rank you won't get cse . It is possible that you might not get mechanical , electrical. Rest you can get without any problem
