The closing rank for OBC home-state candidates in core branches like Electrical or Mechanical is usually around your rank. However, for high-demand branches like CSE or IT, your score may not be enough. So, if you're open to core branches, YMCA is a good option.

Yes, based on her AIR of 3424 in General and 970 in OBC category in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch), your daughter has a good chance of getting admission in Architecture to MNIT Jaipur under the OBC category.
