Punjab B.Tech Reservation Criteria 2026 - The Punjab Government, Department of Technical Education and Industrial Training, will release the Punjab B.Tech 2026 reservation criteria on the official website, ptu.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check the Punjab B.Tech reservation criteria 2026 on this page once it is released. The reservation percentages are as follows: 50% for general, 25% for ST/SC, 5% for OBC and others. Punjab B.Tech 2026 admissions will be based on the JEE Main exam scores and 12 scores. In case of vacant seats remain after allotment to the categories mentioned above, candidates from the other subcategories of disabled candidates will fill seats. If the seats are still not filled, then admissions will be offered to the candidates belonging to the categories mentioned below.
Children and widows of defence personnel killed or disabled to the extent of 50% or more in action, wards of gallantry awardees, and children of serving defence personnel/ex-servicemen (2%).
