JCECE Counselling 2025 - The authority commenced the round 1 JCECE 2025 counselling registration on June 26, 2025. The JCECE 2025 counselling registration link will be updated at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The authority has announced the JCECE 2025 counselling dates based on JEE Main 2025 on the official website. The last date for round 1 counselling registration is June 30, 2025. The JCECE seat allotment will be done based on the merit list, choices locked by the candidates and availability of seats. The authority will conduct the JCECE counselling 2025 in three rounds. The authority is conducting the JCECE counselling 2025 in online mode. Candidates need to register online as per the JCECE 2025 counselling dates. The authority will conduct three general rounds of JCECE counselling, followed by two special rounds of counselling. Candidates listed in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
JCECE 2025 Counselling: Candidates will be called for counselling based on their ranks on the merit list. Candidates can refer to the following steps to know the detailed JCECE counselling 2025 process-
Step 1: Selection of Course/Institutes- Candidates have to select the institute and course /stream from the available options in order of their preference.
Step 2: Payment of JCECE 2025 Counselling Fees- After choice filling, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee in the following modes:
Through net banking (RTGS)
Credit/debit cards using swipe machine

Step 3: JCECE Seat Allotment 2025- The authorities allot the seats on the basis of the merit rank and preferences selected by the candidates and the availability of seats. Candidates who are allotted seats through the JCECE seat allotment have to pay the admission fees of Rs. 1000 to confirm their admission. After paying the fees, the candidates have to collect their provisional seat allotment letter and report to the allotted college. The remaining fees have to be paid by the candidates at the allotted college.
Step 4: Document Verification- Candidates have to produce the requisite documents, both original and photocopies for verification.
After the seats are allotted, the candidates have to confirm their admission or participate in the next round of JCECE counselling. Those candidates who are satisfied with their JCECE seat allotment have to report to their respective institutes for document verification and payment of tuition fees.
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) will release the seat allotment results 2025 on the official website. To secure a seat, applicants must have completed the Counselling Process and made choices for their preferred colleges and branches. The allocation process plays a pivotal role in determining the final admission outcomes, ensuring that candidates are placed in institutions and programs aligning with their preferences and qualifications. Candidates who are allotted seats will have to get their documents verified as per the schedule.
During JCECE Counselling, the School/College leaving certificate is not mandatory. However, it will be necessary at the time of admission.
If a successful candidate participates in subsequent rounds after failing to produce the required documents initially, they can only opt for available seats, branches, or institutes.
After the seat allocation, there will be a thorough verification of original certificates and identity.
Candidates found with false, improper, or duplicate certificates will face legal consequences.
Seat allocation is based on the marks obtained in JCECE, and inclusion in the merit list for counselling does not guarantee admission.
Vacant seats will be regularly updated and posted on the Board's website during the JCECE counselling process.
The JCECE Counselling 2025 based on the state merit list of JEE Mains 2025 commenced on June 26, 2025.
The required documents may include the JCECE Admit Card, JCECE Scorecard, mark sheets and passing certificates of qualifying exams, category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, character certificate, migration certificate (if applicable), passport-size photographs, and any other documents specified by the JCECE Board.

Yes, there is usually a reservation policy for JCECE Counselling.
