Yes you definitely will get a seat in the government college in accordance with the rank that you have achieved. You most probably will get birsa agricultural university, which is the best college in Jharkhand with a minimum fee of rs 13500 per year excluding the fooding and lodging fee.

No they wont take the best out of the three ranks but they are providing you a choice for your stream. If you want to pursue a pcb stream then you have to go via your pcb rank and if you want to choose a stream with pcm subjects then you have to go with your pcm rank and likewise for pcmb.

JCECE results have been declared on June. For JCECE, there are 3 kinds of merit lists:

• Merit list for Engineering Stream- The merit list for students to get admission in Btech courses offered by colleges like BIT Sindri,etc based on marks in PCM.
• Merit list for MBBS/BAMS/BDS- The merit list for students to get admission in medical colleges based on marks in PCB.
• Merit list for Agriculture/Forestry.

Also BIT Sindri has Chemical Engineering branch. You may apply for BSc Chemistry in many colleges in Jharkhand like Ranchi University, Sindri college, St Xavier's, etc.
