ADMISSION

No they wont take the best out of the three ranks but they are providing you a choice for your stream. If you want to pursue a pcb stream then you have to go via your pcb rank and if you want to choose a stream with pcm subjects then you have to go with your pcm rank and likewise for pcmb.
