It depends on one's category through which one is appearing in JCECE Entrance examination. For general category, one should get rank under 600 and for OBC one should have under 1200 to get into BIT Sindri.

No, For BE/Btech Admission criterion:

(i) Indian students - Based on AIR in JEE-Main through CSAB (Central Seat Allocation Board) / JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority)

(ii) NRI/PIO/ SFFS – Based on marks obtained by the candidates in Class 12 / equivalent qualifying examination

You will have to appear in JCECE in order to get admission in BIT Sindri and your rank should be under 2000 if you are from the general category and if you are from the reserved category you can get the college under 3500 too.

Generally it is not allowed to make corrections once you are done with the payment and submitted the form so you are advised to drop a mail to the officials regarding the same.

JCECE is a state level entrance exam conducted by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board.
