First you have to apply JCECE form and clear your exam with securing good rank.

You can't get NIT Jamshedpur with the help of JCECE exam because NIT take admission on the basis of JEE-mains merit list.JCECE only for govt. colleges in Jharkhand, not NITs/IIITs.
