Do participate in JCECE counselling , may be you will get seat in 2nd or 3rd round.

yes there are high possibility.maybe there is some difficulty in some branches but chances are less.

you can easily able to get most of the core branches and all non core branches.

A total of 24 seats are available in this institute as per the seat matrix for SC candidates. So chances may be slim as the rank is a bit high. But I wont rule it out as this also depends upon the number of applicants.

with your cml rank your chances are little less but using your SC rank which is 247 you have pretty high chances of getting a seat in the university college of engineering .
