You can try of other college
You may get VBU HZB.

The chances that whether you will get BIT SINDRI or not in 2nd round depends on your category like OBC, SC, ST, HOMESTATE etc; if you fall under any of these. So as you mentioned your SC RANK there are chances that you may get BIT SINDRI in the 2nd round but it may happen that you may not get the best branch
