Second round of counselling start from fourth week of july 2018. This round is held in case some seats remain vacant after first round of counselling.Candidates who have been already allocated seats in first round can also participate for upgrading their lloted college.For confirming the admission you need to pay rs 1000 in favour of controller of examination,JCECEB payable at ranchi.

But i dont understand why you so interested to go to hazaribagh university. I mean you have chances to get bit sindri. Every aspirant of jcece wishes to get admission there.
