No, You cannot. BIT SINDRI will take admission on the basis of JCECE Examination only. So you have to appear in that examination and lie within the required cutoff ranking.

The counselling process of JEECE 2019 will commence tentatively from the first week of July. Candidates who have secured high scores in JEE Main will be called in for the counselling process. All admissions will be done on the basis of JEE Main scores.

Ofcourse, a student of pcmb can give all engineering entrance examination. So you can definately appear for jcece engineering entrance. You have benfit for appearing for both the exam in medical as well as engineering line.

Being a student of BIT SINDRI one of the reputed college under JCECE I can assist u in some ways.
See the JCECE level is just a bit low than the level of the JEE MAINS. So using only RS AGARWAL for ur study might not be doing
