    BIT Sindri is one of the best government engineering college in Jharkhand and provides admission on the basis of jcece ranks.If you are general then you will have to get at least 500 rank to get a seat in bit sindri.
    Make no mistake it the top most choice of all the students who apply for jcece and there is huge competition.

    From this year onward, admission to all the engineering colleges which were coming under the JCECE, would be done on the basis of JEE mains rank conducted by NTA. So to take admission in BTech into the colleges coming under the j c e c e you must appear in the JEE Mains. The counseling should be done on the basis of JEE mains rank.

    According to jcece notification now jcece will not take entrance exam, NTA will take exam through JEE main,is it true?

    Hi Raja,

    Yes it's true that jcece will not take entrance exam for the admission in the BIT Sindri college. Now the admission will be done through JEE Mains examination conducted by NTA and counseling will be done by JOSSA. The process of taking the admission through JEE Mains will start from the batch 2019.

    Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has not officialyo announced anything but the application form can be released in second week of April.. Last date of application can be in 2nd week of may. This University gives admission to the jharkhand domiciles only.

    If you have residential certificate of jharkhand then only you can get admission JEECE participating colleges otherwise you can not get admission there.

    thanks for asking your query,yeah this year jcece will not be conducted  and admission will be taken by Jee mains 2019 ranks and percentile.But jee has not released the percentile cutoff for different colleges therefore I suggest you to wait for  jee.

    As this is the first time BIT SINDRI is going to take admissions on the basis of JEE mains rank, so nothing can be said with for sure. But there are chances that you might get BIT SINDRI as you have the preference of state quota and your JEE mains percentile is also good. Just hope for the best.

    No, You cannot. BIT SINDRI will take admission on the basis of JCECE Examination only. So you have to appear in that examination and lie within the required cutoff ranking.

    You might get BIT Sindri in state counselling based on your category rank.

    You must have valid certificates and documents.Most important for BIT sindri is you must have residential certificate of Jharkhand otherwise you wont be allowed .
