With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that your OBC-NCL Caste list will not be valid. As to get admission in several NIT's or IIT's through GATE Exam, your caste list must be validated by the central government and not by the state government. So, I think they won't be considering your application.

So, with regard to your query, generally after getting the result of GATE entrance exam, and after releasing of the score card, admissions will start for the Osmania University. So, in this regard the score card of GATE 2022 will be released on 22 March 2022. So, the admissions might start from May to July 2022.
