As you have secured 28.51 and your score is 355 so let me tell you 28.51 is a very low score and you need to score much more better score in order to procure colleges like iit kharagpur, guhawati, kanpur, roorkee,Madras.

However, NCC certificates are only beneficial in defence field . Reservation is only for sc/st in GATE exam as per government norms.
