For admission in ME in very large scale integration design of circuit design in BITS Pilani cut off for the last year it was 690 as cutoff for admission. Generally the cutoff trends the last two previous years it was 650 to 700 of gate scoring. ME in VLSI is a  2 years postgraduate course under the domain of electronics Engineering for very large scale integration of circuit design. Total course is based on electronic Engineering. To take admission in this course in BITS Pilani every years cut off.is  changed . Very high scoring in GATE is acceptable for taking admission in this ME in VLSI in BITS Pilani.

If you are preparing for GATE 2023, then the first thing you should know is about the syllabus of GATE. So you can download the syllabus of GATE 2022 and start preparing based on that, because usally the syllabus won't change a much.

Now after you know the syllabus, the thing is you should start clearing those topics out from the books you have in your UG course. Now along with it, it would be better a choice for you to practice problems from the books by Pearson for GATE 2023 which have previous year problems. Depending upon the number of applicants the GATE Score cut off for BITS varies and also depends on the fact how you choose your preference both campus wise and branch wise (for Electronics we have: Micro, Embedded, and Communication) usually PILANI campus cut off is a bit higher, during my counseling time in 2108 it was around 650–700 for BITS Goa, so you can expect higher for Pilani. Nonetheless, you can apply for the BITS HD paper as well since it can help you boost your preference for Campus/ Streamwise.

As you want to know about your chances for select in PSU for electric. For sure selection in PSUs, any rank near 200 is considered good added that your performance in the interview is average. Why I am saying this is I have seen many top 20 rankers failing to find themselves in the final merit list of a PSU. So along with a good rank, you have to be at least average in your interview for the final selection. Some PSUs also conduct GD which is an elimination round. So you must be well prepared for that.

Candidates who qualify GATE have to apply to COAP for IIT M.Tech admission and in CCMT for NIT M.Tech admission. Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) and Centralised Counselling for M.Tech / M.Des (CCMT) conducts the GATE 2022 counselling.
