Dear aspirant,
As you have scored 343 marks and rank is 4260 so let me tell you it's very difficult to get the IITs . So as per my view you should try for nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut.
Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello Aspirant,
If you are seeking admission in NITs/IIITs then you should register for CCMT counselling not for COAP counselling, COAP is conducted only for admission to IITs on the basis of GATE score . COAP was initiated in 2017 for admission in Master's courses in IITs and it is conducted by different IITs in rotation, this time COAP 2022 will be conducted by IIT Bombay.
As you are seeking admission in NITs then COAP is of no use for you until and unless you are seeking admission in IITs on the basis of your GATE score. For NITs kindly register for CCMT(Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan./M.Des.). For now registration process has not been started for CCMT, but will start soon so keep an eye on the official website :-
