Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you,as you have secured very less marks that is 29 marks so getting admissions in any of the N.I.T or I.I.I.T is very hard. It is quite difficult to predict your chances of admission as you have not mentioned your GATE Rank. When it comes to the GATE score for IIT, it is not fixed. It depends on the individual institutes and their GATE Cutoff marks. However, if we talk about the previous results, the student must score a GATE rank up to or below 200 . Moreover, students can also get a seat in IIT if the rank is around 600 to 800. Further, if you get a rank below that this, Then you can consider that you have git a good chances to get admission in some of the good NIT's.

Yes, GPAT/GATE is must to take admission in any course in NIPER . Yes, also you require a good rank in Gpat as Niper jee is abandoned by government of India in year 2018.
You have option for that either you need to qualify GPAT or GATE.
For admission in any subject in NIPER you need to qualify one of the above exams as eligibility criteria, so it is applicable to pharma MBA also.
Pharma student can appear for GATE in lifesciences, syllabus includes, biochemistry, microbiology, organic chemistry, botany. First section of english is compulsory.

I would like to tell you that you will get your branch in B.Tech according to the rank and cutoff marks you will score in JEE mains and JEE advance.
Further,I would like to tell you that Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Science / Commerce / Arts is eligible to appear for GATE 2022 examination. Those who have completed section A or equivalent of such professional courses are also eligible. There is no age limit criterion defined by the exam conducting authority to appear in GATE.
Also, if you talk about which is the best Engineering branch to give GATE Exam, then the answer is Electrical or mechanical are the best branches for GATE. But that doesn't mean that CSE or any other Stream student cannot give GATE Exam. any B. tech graduate from any stream can write the gate in any streams offered .
Mechanical engineers ,Electrical engineers and chemical engineers with good GATE score is mostly preferred by PSUs .
