Since the branch selection is totally upto you as of your interest so I can't suggest you for which branch to go because of course just for the sake of good package you can't study the subjects in which you don't have interest straight for 4 years.

Chances are less,because the rank for BMS colleges is around 10,000 to 13,000...So You can try for other colleges with your rank or else with your board exams score...

As per previous year cutoff, Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering - DSCE cutoff for Computer Science Engineering is 4085. So, if you belongs to general category, there are less chance of getting this college.
