Uni-GAUGE-E 2019 - The entrance exam of Uni-GAUGE-E 2019 will be conducted by ERA Foundation for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by its participating institutes. Candidates who want to appear in the exam will have to fill the application form of Uni-GAUGE 2019 which is released on January 16 to April 19. However, it is important that candidates first check the complete eligibility criteria of Uni-GAUGE 2019 and then only proceed to fill the application form. The successfully registered candidates will be able to download the admit card of Uni-GAUGE 2019 from May 3 to 11. Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be conducted as a Computer based test on May 12 at the allotted exam centres. The authorities will release the answer key of Uni-GAUGE 2019 on May 16 for candidates to check their answers and raise objections, if any. The result of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be announced on May 27. Following which, the qualified candidates will be invited for counselling of Uni-GAUGE 2019 which will be conducted by the participating institutes individually. The seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their scores in Uni-GAUGE-E, choice filling and availability of seats.

The eligibility criteria of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be prescribed by ERA Foundation. Candidates applying will have to adhere to Uni-GAUGE 2019 eligibility criteria to be considered for exam and further admissions.
Uni-GAUGE 2019 eligibility criteria has the following parameters:
To be eligible, candidates need to qualify second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination as recognized by State / Central Government.
Candidates should have qualified this exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects will be considered as eligible.
For those applying for B.Tech/ B.E. in Bio Technology need to have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Mathematics, Biology/ Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects to be considered as eligible for Uni-GAUGE.
Marks in Qualifying Exam:
Candidates should have passed their qualifying exam 10+2 or equivalent with minimum aggregate of 45% marks and also should have passed these subjects individually.
For candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC candidates, they need to have 40% marks in aggregate in the qualifying exam and also should have passed these subjects individually.
Candidates appearing in 10+2 or equivalent qualifying exam and expecting minimum aggregate of 45% marks (General category) and 40% marks (Reserved category) are also eligible to apply for the exam.
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2019 which means the candidate should be born on or before December 31, 2002.
Candidates will have to provide a declaration about their eligibility to ERA foundation while filling up the application form online. They will also have to produce relevant proofs directly to Universities/ Institutions as required.
Candidates who have done Diploma can also apply for the entrance exam.
The application form of Uni-GAUGE 2019 has been released in online mode by ERA Foundation on January 16. Candidates will have to fill all the details required in Uni-GAUGE 2019 application form and submit it on or before April 19.
How to fill Uni-GAUGE 2019 Application Form?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to fill the application form of Uni-GAUGE:
Step 1 – Registration: Candidates will have to first register using their name, date of birth, valid email address and mobile number along with unique ID proof.
Step 2 – Filling of details: After registration, candidates will be required to fill their academic, personal and communication details.
Step 3 - Uploading of scanned documents: Following it, candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature, their parent/ guardian’s signature and unique ID proof in the specifications provided.
Step 4 - Selection of exam centre: Candidates will have to select three exam centres in the order of their preference while filling the form.
Step 5 - Application fee payment: It is necessary to pay the requisite application fee, otherwise the form will not be considered as complete.
Step 6 – Submission: After filling of all details and fee payment, candidates will have to submit the application form.

The admit card of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be released by the authorities of ERA Foundation on May 3. Uni-GAUGE 2019 admit card will not be sent to any candidate by post, courier or email. Candidates will have to download their Uni-GAUGE 2019 admit card by logging in using their credentials. It is necessary that candidates check all the details mentioned on the admit card and take its print out, if satisfied. The online Uni-GAUGE Test Admission Ticket (TAT) 2019 or admit card will have details like the TAT number, exam date, timings, centre allotted etc.

How to prepare for Uni-GAUGE 2019
For candidates appearing in the exam, it is important to know how to prepare for Uni-GAUGE 2019.
In order to know how to prepare for Uni-GAUGE 2019, candidates will have to first know the complete syllabus and exam pattern of the exam.
The exam pattern of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be prescribed by ERA Foundation for candidates to know the number and type of questions asked in the exam, total marks, language and mode of the exam. Uni-GAUGE exam pattern 2019 has been provided in the table given below for candidates’ reference.

ERA Foundation will release the syllabus of Uni-GAUGE 2019 for candidates to know that questions will be asked from the same. Knowing Uni-GAUGE 2019 syllabus beforehand will allow candidates to strategise their preparation better and perform well in the exam. Uni-GAUGE syllabus 2019 will be similar to syllabus of 10+2 or equivalent exam.
The authorities will release the mock test of Uni-GAUGE 2019 in online mode to make candidates familiar with the exam pattern of CBT mode and with syllabus and type of questions to be asked in the exam. By taking up Uni-GAUGE 2019 mock test, candidates will be able to work on their speed, efficiency and time management skills. To attempt the mock test, candidate will have to go to Uni-GAUGE mock test 2019 page, and click on the paper they want to take. It is to be noted that Physics and Chemistry will be offered as one mock test, whereas Mathematics will have its own test.

The answer key of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be released by the authorities on MAy 16. First, the provisional answer key of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be released. Candidates can use it and check their answers as marked in the exam with the ones’ given by experts and calculate their marks. If not satisfied with the answers given, candidates can raise objections by May 20. Taking all the objections raised into consideration, the final answer key of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be prepared and released on May 24 for candidates to again check their scores and estimate their admission chances.
The result of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will be announced on May 27. Candidates will be able to check their Uni-GAUGE 2019 result by logging into their individual accounts. The Uni-GAUGE result 2019 will be available in the form of test scores and will include section-wise raw scores and percentile obtained by candidates. It is to be noted that result of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will not be sent to any candidate separately either by post or email.

Candidates will have to apply separately to each participating institute on the basis of their result. The participating institutes will prepare a merit list based on the scores of the candidates in the exam.
There will be no common merit list for the participating institutes.
The participating institutes of Uni-GAUGE 2019 will individually prepare and release their cutoffs. There will be no cutoff for Uni-GAUGE 2019. Candidates must note that Uni-GAUGE 2019 cutoff will vary from institute to institute and programme to programme. This is because of the influential factors that will go into making it like availability of seats, total number of candidates and course applied for.
The qualified candidates of the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling and seat allotment procedure of Uni-GAUGE 2019. There will be no common Uni-GAUGE 2019 counselling and seat allotment procedure. However, the participating institutes will conduct their own counselling process individually.
Each of the institutes will invite the qualified candidates on the basis of merit lists prepared by them to participate in the counselling process.
Uni-GAUGE Counselling 2019 Procedure
To participate in Uni-GAUGE counselling, candidates will be required to download their entrance exam scores and also confirm their eligibility for the courses offered by the participating institutes.
Candidates will then have to apply separately to the institutes with the downloaded test scorecard and other documents.
Upon receiving the application, the participating institutes will verify the details with ERA foundation and prepare a merit list for counselling and seat allotment.
The fee structure of Uni-GAUGE 2019 for each of the participating will be different depending on the courses offered by them. Candidates must check Uni-GAUGE 2019 fee structure for all the participating institutes to be able to make wise decisions at the time of admission.
