    GATE CSE 2026: IIT Guwahati is conducting the GATE 2026 CSE exam on February 8, 2026, in 2 shifts. Shift 1 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and shift 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm The GATE 2026 CSE admit card was issued on January 13, 2026. The authority has activated the GATE CSE hall ticket 2026 download link at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates must carry the GATE CSE admit card to the test centre. Further, the GATE 2026 CSE mock test link is available on the official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Once the exam is over, candidates can check the unofficial GATE 2026 answer key online.     GATE Computer Science Engineering 2026 Application Form

    IIT Guwahati conducted the GATE 2026 CSE application form correction window from October 28 to November 10, 2025. The authority had provided the GATE 2026 CSE application form on gate2026.iitr.ac.in. The last date to submit the GATE 2026 registration with a late fee was October 13, 2025. The authority conducted the GATE registration from August 28 to October 7, 2025 without late fee. Only candidates who have completed the GATE 2026 registration can attempt the GATE 2026 CS exam. Eligible Candidates had to complete the registration for the GATE 2026 exam before the last date.

    • Registration: Candidates should register for the GATE 2026 by entering details such as their name, address, email id, and contact number. After the GATE 2026 registration is successful, the enrolment ID and password will be generated.

    • Application form filling: While filling out the GATE 2026 application form, candidates have to provide the qualifying exam details, personal information, and educational qualifications.

    • Document upload: The necessary documents, such as a photograph & scanned copy of the signature are required to be uploaded.

    • Registration Fees: The GATE 2026 registration fee must be paid online via credit card/debit card/net banking. Candidates must complete the transaction for the GATE 2026 application form to be successfully submitted.

    • Candidates must save the filled-out application form & payment receipt for future reference.

    The authority has provided the GATE 2026 mock test on the official website. Candidates attempting the GATE 2026 CSE exam must attempt the mock test. The GATE 2026 mock test is a replica of the main GATE 2026 exam. Hence, it helps candidates understand how to attempt the main GATE 2026 exam.
