About MET M.Tech 2020

Manipal Entrance Test M.Tech is the online exam conducted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education for admissions to the Masters in Technology programmes offered across its various campuses and group institutions. The application forms are available online for the M.Tech programmes till May 15, 2020. The entrance test has been postponed for the time being and new dates will be announced soon. Candidates may note that the entrance exam will have questions from Engineering Mathematics along with questions on the B.Tech/ B.E discipline studied. Candidates will be allowed a total of two attempts for appearing in the entrance exam. However, they will be required to pay separately for the second attempt if they choose to exercise the choice of appearing more than once. The application fee of Manipal Entrance Test M.Tech includes the exam fee for the first attempt. Candidates who qualify in the M.Tech entrance test of Manipal University will be called for counselling and subsequent admission.

MET M.Tech 2020 Application Process

The admission authority of Manipal Institute of Technology released the application form of MET M.Tech 2020 on October 5 in online mode for admission of candidates to M.Tech programmes offered by the institute. Candidates who aspire to apply for admission can fill the application form until May 15, 2020. Before applying, candidates are advised to refer to eligibility criteria of MU OET 2020 to know whether they are eligible to take admission in a respective programme or not. While filling the application form candidates are advised to provide all correct and valid information since applications with incomplete and incorrect information will be rejected. In order to fill the MU OET M.Tech 2020 application form, candidates must register themselves first followed by entry of relevant details, uploading of documents and lastly payment of application fees. Follow the below mentioned step-wise process while filling the application form of MET M.Tech 2020.

How to Fill MU OET PG 2020 Application Form

Candidates applying for admission can refer to the below-mentioned stepwise process while entering the details in the application form to avoid any errors.

Step 1 - Registration: Candidates will have to register first while filling the application form of MET M.Tech 2020. For registration, candidates will have to provide information such as name, email address, mobile number and date of birth. Choose the category and course details and then click on Submit. A verification link will be sent to registered email which must be verified so that candidates can proceed forward to the next step.

Step 2 - Log-in: After the registration process is complete, candidates must log-in to their application portal by using an email address or mobile number and password.

Step 3 - Fill the application form: After logging to the application portal, candidates must enter required contact details such as the address for communication, pin code, phone number, and others.

Step 4 - Academic Qualification: Under academic qualification section, candidates will be required to enter information related to qualifying examination such as exam qualified, year of passing, the name of University, affiliation, and others.

Step 5 - Upload Documents: Candidates will now have to upload the scanned images of documents such as photograph and signature in a format as prescribed by admission authority.

Step 6 - Application Fee Payment: After entering all details required in MET M.Tech 2020 application form have been successfully entered and documents have been uploaded, candidates will be redirected to payment gateway for payment of application fee. Candidates will be required to pay Rs. 600 as application fee and Rs. 1400 as entrance examination fee (for a selected course). Payment of application fee can be done in either offline or online mode. 

After carefully submitting the application form, candidates are advised to download the application form of MU OET M.Tech 2020 and get at least 2 printouts for future use.

MET M.Tech 2020 Admit Card

The admit card of MET M.Tech 2020 will be released a day after slot booking process. MU OET M.Tech 2020 admit card will be available in an online mode. Candidates will be able to access their admit card of MET M.Tech 2020 from the website by logging using application form number and password. After successful login, MET M.Tech 2020 admit card will be displayed over the screen. Candidates are advised to go through the details mentioned on it and must immediately contact admission authority in case of any discrepancies. If no discrepancies are found, candidates must download admit card of MU OET M.Tech 2020 in PDF format and get at least 2 print out for future use. Admit card of MET M.Tech 2020 will comprise of details such as application form number, name of the candidate, test center, the address of examination center, date and time of examination, important guidelines or instructions for candidates and others. Candidates must carry their admit card to examination centre without which entry will not be provided to examination hall. MET M.Tech 2020 admit card is an important document which must be preserved until all admission process is complete.

MET M.Tech 2020 Slot Booking

Manipal will commence the slot booking of MET M.Tech 2020 soon. MU OET M.Tech 2020 slot booking will be available for candidates who have successfully submitted application form of MET M.Tech 2020. All registered candidates will have to book a slot for MET M.Tech 2020 by logging to the application portal using their application form number and password. Candidates must select the preferred exam center, date and time slot as per the convenience. Selected slots will be displayed over the screen after confirmation. A maximum of 2 slots in 10 day period can be selected by the candidates. MU OET M.Tech 2020 slot booking will be offered to candidates on the basis of first come first serve basis. If less number of candidates choose a slot or exam center, in such case, they will be allotted another slot. A day after booking a slot of MET M.Tech 2020 admit card will be made available for download.

MET M.Tech 2020 Answer Key

The admission authority of Manipal does not releases any answer key of MET M.Tech 2020 since the entrance examination will be computer based. In case, MU OET 2020 answer key is released at any point by admission authority, candidates will be able to access the same from here. The answer key of MET M.Tech 2020 will comprise of correct answers to questions listed in the entrance examination. Candidates can compare their responses made in entrance examination with the answers in answer key to know the probable marks that they will likely secure. With the help of answer key of MET M.Tech 2020, candidates can calculate their probable scores by considering marking scheme and thereafter can refer to the cutoff list to know in which course they will get admission in.

MET M.Tech 2020 Result

Manipal Academy of Higher Education will declare the result of MET M.Tech 2020 in an online mode. MET M.Tech 2020 result will be available for candidates who have appeared in entrance examination. Candidates will be able to check their MU OET M.Tech 2020 result by logging to portal using application form number and password. MET M.Tech 2020 result will be displayed over the screen which can be downloaded in PDF format and candidates can then get at least 2 printouts of same for future use. Result of MET M.Tech 2020 will comprise of details such as marks and rank secured by candidate in entrance examination.

MET M.Tech 2020 Cutoff

MET M.Tech 2020 cutoff is the minimum marks which the candidates must secure so as to get admission in course of their preference. Candidates are advised to secure marks above than the cutoff marks so as to increase their chances of getting admission in course preferred. If any candidate is not able to secure cutoff of MU OET M.Tech 2020, they will not be offered admission in institute. The admission authority will consider various factors while preparing MET M.Tech 2020 cutoff such as total number of applications received, total number of candidates appeared in entrance examination, difficulty level of entrance examination, availability of seat and previous year cutoff trends.

The admission authority of University will prepare a merit list of MET M.Tech 2020 based on the marks secured by a candidate in entrance examination. MU OET M.Tech 2020 merit list will be released along with the result of MET M.Tech 2020. Candidates applying through GATE will be given an additional benefit of 10% marks apart from the marks secured in MET M.Tech 2020 entrance examination. To avail the benefit, candidates will have to submit a photocopy of their GATE 2020 score-card while filling the application form of MET M.Tech 2020. Candidates whose name appears in MET M.Tech 2020 merit list will be invited to attend counselling process. 

MET M.Tech 2020 Counselling

Mode of Counselling: Offline

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of merit list will be invited to attend counselling of MET M.Tech 2020. Selected candidates will be invited to attend MU OET M.Tech 2020 counselling in order of their ranks secured in entrance examination. To attend the MET M.Tech 2020 counselling process, candidates have to report to counselling venue in person. In order to participate in counselling of MU OET M.Tech 2020, candidates will have to register first and enter their preferred choices followed by verification of documents for seat allotment process. Candidates are advised to bring along all original documents along with a set of photocopies required for counselling process. Without the document verification, candidates will not be allotted seats in preferred course. In case of any unavoidable circumstances, candidates can authorize another person to participate in counselling process on their behalf. In such case, person must present the authorization letter issued by the candidate.

how much total fess with scholarship for above 80%marks students

Hello,
Fees varies as per scholarship. If you apply for government level scholarship then you will get reimbursement for the academic work. If you apply for scholarship in your institution then they might have kept some amount for some durationyou will get that much for that much duration with a periodic remuneration.
You have to check them to know the amount. You can look for government scholarships posts online or in newspaper and from institute you can ask counsellor of your institution.

Actually after completing of m tech at manipal university for the course computer network engineer placements will available or not if available Cisco company will come to manipal university to recuirecruit because my dream to join Cisco company.
