To download the AP EAPCET 2025 seat allotment, candidates must enter hall ticket number, and date of birth.   • As per the previous year's statistics, a total of 143254 engineering seats were available for admission.

  • Out of these total seats, 138972 seats were available in Private colleges.

  • Admission to 70 per cent of seats in the convener quota in private colleges will be done through AP EAMCET 2025 counselling and 30 per cent through the management quota. Also, EWS quota seats may be increased to reflect 10 per cent.

APSCHE conducts the counselling and seat allotment of AP EAMCET 2025 in online mode. Students who qualify for the exam are eligible to participate in the AP EAPCET 2025 counselling process. Aspirants must note that they have to report to the allotted institute after the AP EAMCET seat allotment 2025 results announcement within specified dates failing which their admission will be cancelled.

Step 1- Registration for AP EAMCET Counselling 2025: Students have to begin by paying the AP EAMCET counselling fees 2025 and registering for the counselling online mode. The schedule for AP EAMCET 2025 counselling and seat allotment has been released on the official website of APSCHE after the announcement of AP EAMCET 2025. Students have to pay fees, register for counselling, and fill in choices of colleges within the specified dates to be considered for AP EAMCET seat allotment 2025.

Step 2- Verification of Documents: The process of document verification for all qualified candidates of AP EAMCET 2025 will be done in online mode by APSCHE. However, online document verification for some students is not done due to some reasons. All such candidates whose document verification is not done have to report to the help centres for verification of documents. The status of completion of online document verification will be available to candidates after the payment of counselling fees.

Step 3- Release of AP EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment: The counselling authority will release the seat allotment of AP EAMCET 2025 in three rounds, separately for each round of counselling. Students have to log in to their candidate portal in the APSCHE portal using their application number, hall ticket number and date of birth to check their seat allotment status. Students who will be allotted seats have to download their AP EAMCET allotment order 2025 and report to the allotted institute.

Step 4- Reporting to the Allotted Institute: Students who are allotted a seat in any round of AP EAMCET 2025 counselling have to report to the allotted institute within the specified dates. Students are required to download their provisional seat allotment letter online from the APSCHE portal and carry it along with other necessary documents while reporting to the institute. Students must report to the allotted institute within the dates specified in the AP EAMCET allotment letter, failing which their admission will be cancelled.

  • Study Certificate from VI to Intermediate
  • EWS certificate valid for the year 2025-26 from MeeSeva for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category
  • Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination i.e. Inter or its equivalent in respect of Private candidates.
  • Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of father/mother for 10 years
  • excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates.
  • Integrated Community Certificate, in the case of BC/ST/SC issued by the competent authority.
  • Income certificate of parents from all sources issued on or after 01.01.2020 or White Ration card (candidate name and either of the parent's name have to be reflected in the ration card) for those who claim tuition fee reimbursement)
  • Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2015 to on/before June 1, 2025, shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh
