Most probably only two rounds of counselling are hrld to give admission to candidates in state of jharkhand through jeece entrance exam.If still any seat left vaccant then only 3rd round of counselling will be held in the month of august.
I don't think that 3rd round of counselling for jeece will be held for giving admission to candidates in the atate of jharkhand.But if some seats still left vaccant after 2nd round of counselling then only in the month of august it will be held.
Yes you can wait for second round of counselling as you have very high chances of getting some good colleges in the 2nd round of counselling.Still you can try for other colleges as well.choice will be only yours. All the best!:)
