Am a student of bit sindri,

It is taking admission through jee mains from this year only, so it is hard to predict the cutoff rank in jee mains for bit sindri.

It was taking admission through jcece, and if you are a general student, then your rank should be 700 for being in the safe zone.

Yes there is some chance, you will get admission.

As you all have must read, the state of Jharkhand has discontinued its own state entrance exam for Btech courses. It has decided to directly conduct counseling considering JEE Mains marks for the admission in colleges of Jharkhand including BIT SINDRI.

As we speak, the dates for counseling or application hasn't been notified yet. With past experiences, I can say that the counseling will be starting somewhere in the first week of July. Keep checking notices section of JCECEB site for further updates. I would make sure to add it once notice comes out.
