As per the previous year's cutoff of OBC NCL for jee advanced you're eligible to give jee advanced 2022. But this percentile won't ensure you any good college. Better to improve in your score in further attempts upto 95%tile to get a good college. Also, visit this site to know more about jee the main cutoff.

The cutoff for OBC NCL in 2021 was 68.0234447 but in 2020 it was 72.8887969 which means the cutoff varies every year. If your score is 45%tile this time then sorry you aren't eligible to sit for jee advanced.
Try to improve your score by at least 80%tile to get eligible for jee advanced and if you want a good college then improve your score upto 95+%tile. You can also visit this site to know the cutoff.
So , with your mentioned 58 percentile, you have low chances to qualify JEE main 2022 to be eligible for JEE advanced examination
That would be challenging because applicants for the B.Tech programme at IIST must have completed senior secondary school with an average MINIMUM of 75% marks from a recognised board and must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, a language, and a different fifth topic. The candidates selected in the course are based on the both 10+2 merits and JEE Advanced scores.
