No, you can't show up for JEE-Advance 2023 yet you can show up for JEE-Main 2023 and as you have passed class twelfth in 2021 so you are qualified for JEE-Main 2022 and JEE-Advance 2022. Anyway, you can show up for JEE-Advance 2022 on the off chance that you qualify
