Hey, Im planning to take 2nd drop for JEE Mains. Will I be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2023, I havent been able to qualify for it yet? I passed class 12th in 2021, and since then have appeared for JEE Mains in 2021 and 2022.

No, if you qualify 2021 mains then you have to qualify 2022 advance itself. For the next year you have to give JEE Mains again for qualifying advance.
