Thank you.
Hii Harshit,
I would like to inform you about IIT JEE. JEE is a national level entrance examination for students who want themselves to enroll for engineering in IITs and NITs
IIT stands for Indian Institutes of Technology which is central government owned institutes for engineering.
NIT stands for national institute of technology.
These institutes permit admission to students through Jee examination.
JEE is further conducted in two sub categories
1)jee mains 2) jee advanced
Once you clear jee mains you are eligible for jee advanced.
Jee mains is conducted twice a year as of now. After the completion of both the phases Jee advanced is held.
Age criteria for jee mains:- As of now there is no such age criteria for jee mains. But it would be better if you are 17+ at the time of appearing in the examination.
Age criteria for jee advanced:- the upper age limit for jee advance is 25 years. To appear in 2022 examination a candidate must be born on or after 1st october 1997.
Although a relaxation of age criteria has been given to reserved category (sc/st/PwD) of five years i.e( born on or after 1st oct 1992).
Qualification:- To appear in jee mains examination a candidate must have passed 10+2 examination/equivalent in physics, chemistry and mathematics with 75%.
No. Of attempts:- however a candidate can give jee mains examination 6 times. As in 1 year jee mains is conducted twice. So for three years a candidate is eligible to appear.

Yes, you can take double drop for the JEE Examination and appear for JEE Mains Examination in the year 2023.
But you won't be able to appear for JEE Advanced Examination in the year 2023, as you can appear for JEE Advanced Examination maximum for two times (the year in which you have passed class XII and the very next year which in your case will be the JEE Advanced 2021 and 2022).
Hence you won't be able to appear in the year 2023 for JEE Advanced Examination. But you can appear for JEE Mains Examination in the year 2023.

I hope you find the answer helpful.
It's quite difficult to make prediction as percentile vs rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------------------) number of students that appeared in the exam,
------------------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------------------) toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.
But yes ,
When we go through previous years trend then,
--------------) With 86.2 percentile / nta score
Your rank would be roughly around 53605 - 60260
JEE main college predictor is given below, to know the colleges you can get admission in:-

To give an idea of jee main 2022 qualifying cut off
Minimum percentile in jee main 2021 to qualify it to be eligible for jee advanced is given below :-
--------) general :-87.8992241 percentile
--------) EWS:- 66.2214845 percentile
--------) OBC-NCL :- 68.0234447 percentile
--------) SC :- 46.8825338 percentile
--------) ST:- 34.6728999 percentile
--------) PWD :- 0.0096375 percentile
So,
With 86.2 percentile, your chances to be eligible for JEE advanced examination are a little low if you belong to general category but if you are from any other category then your chances are very good for the same
